Solid Base for Athens Exploration

I found the location convenient. The main road is easily accessible. Monastiraki Square is a short walk away. I also had a very friendly welcome at the front desk. The staff was attentive.
The sound proofing was not GREAT.

There are MANY cafes near the hotel. Multiple food options exist a short distance away. Guests can find a wide variety of local and international cuisines within a ten-minute walk. I loved the gyros place round the corner!!!

The hotel sits in a central spot. Key attractions are within easy WALKING distance. Public transportation is nearby, which allows for easy access to more distant sites. It is very easy to explore the city from here.

I found the room very clean, and the size was quite adequate. Staff members were indeed helpful. They readily provided information about local restaurants, and the 24-hour reception was a definite plus! The hotel booked a taxi to the ferry terminal and secured a reasonable rate.
The gaps under the door did allow some noise, disrupting sleep slightly

Numerous restaurants are very close. It is easy to find options. A fridge stocked with inexpensive beverages is available. I found a variety of places to sample local cuisine. They offered authentic dishes.
